President
Jeffrey has over 20 years of experience in the trades. He has successfully led multiple companies both in Rochester, NY and Raleigh, NC. Jeff's drive, passion and high standards are undeniable. He believes in supporting his team and taking care of his customers. He also is a licensed plumber and electrician.
Katie Blanchard
Office Manager / Accounting
Katie is responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly. She is charged with the accounting and bookkeeping. She brings 20 years of customer service experience. She enjoys working hard and helping lead a team-focused company.
Gerry Blanchard
Sales Manager
Gerry has 20 years of experience in the HVAC trades. He has filled every role from installer to service technician to supervisor. He is a true expert and holds himself to the highest standards. He uses his experience and knowledge to provide the best solutions for new HVAC equipment to our customers. He is truly a superstar.
Spencer Martin
Service Manager
Spencer is the hardest working member of the team! He has experience as both a HVAC service technician and Installer. Spencer's passion and enthusiasm is infectious. In his role as Service Manger he is responsible for training, setting standards and the overall function of the service department.
